How these prices are read
Every morning between 6 and 9, Skiboard reads the adult one-day pass for the coming Saturday and Sunday on each operator’s own ticket shop or tariff page, and nowhere else. “Online” is the shop’s price for that day when it was read: an area that prices by date can charge more or less when you buy. “Tariff” is the operator’s published price for the season. An area sold on a region’s pass shows that pass’s price. Train times are the timetable’s fastest Saturday-morning connection from Zürich station to the area’s lowest lift. “Vs. areas this size” sets the pass against what areas with the same mapped km and vertical charged for Sat 16 Jan 2027, a curve fitted over the 141 day passes Skiboard read for that day: −20% is a fifth less than areas like it. A pass that covers several areas is measured against all of them; an area whose pistes cross the border is not measured. It says nothing about what is open on the day.
